Job Description

Hotel: Scenic Suites & Heartland Hotel Queenstown 
Location: 27 Stanley Street, Queenstown 9300
Employment Type: Full-Time permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday.
Shift times: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Wage Rate: $27- $29 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
 
Managing reservations for the hotel via phone, email, online booking systems, and walk-ins.
Keep accurate records of all reservations, including guest information, payment details, and special requests.
Communicate booking confirmations, modifications, or cancellations to guests.
Process payments for room bookings, including deposits and pre-authorizations.
Promote and sell additional hotel services, such as upgrades, dining options, and special packages.
