JOB OBJECTIVE
The Reservation Associate is responsible for handling room and service reservations efficiently and accurately while providing excellent customer service. This role ensures smooth booking processes through the effective use of the EZEE (Ezze) Reservation/PMS system, accurate guest information management, and close coordination with other departments to support seamless resort operations and guest satisfaction.
