Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operations behind the scenes for guests
• Assist callers and provide tailored service
• Take ownership of requests with prompt follow-up
• Book reservations in the Property Management System
• Up-sell facilities and services to maximize revenue
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience essential
• Front Office or Reservations experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
