 Proven track record in Reservations with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
 
 Exceptional communication skills
 
 Charismatic and approachable personality
 
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 
  Responsibilities 
 Contract room allocations and Tour Series for DMCs according to length of stay, number of properties used and availability
 
 Manage our room inventory, release periods and terms and conditions for allocations and block bookings
 
 Ensure the team processes all reservations requests, changes and cancellations according to established policies and procedures
