Responsibilities
Effectively handle hotel reservations, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded in the Hotel Property Management System (PMS) Cloudbeds. This includes monitoring the room blockings and releases on a daily basis.
Respond to and convert all potential reservation requests into confirmed bookings via phone, email, social media, or any other online channels.
Guest Inquiry Handling:
Address and respond to all inquiries regarding rooms, weddings, events, dining reservations, tours, collaborations, and other guest-related operations. This includes using provided templates and guidelines to deliver first-hand information.
Follow through on all inquiries by directing them to the appropriate department or personnel for further action, ensuring guests are informed that their requests are being addressed.
