We are seeking a talented Reservations Manager to join our busy Reservations team in Te Arai , assisting our guests and members from across the globe. This diverse role will see you maintaining a world class service standard and supporting your team to achieve this every day.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and overseeing the Reservations team on a daily basis.
• Supporting and coaching the reservations team to work at their full potential.
• Articulating our Resort offerings and rates to members and guests.
• Ensuring that the reservations team work collaboratively with the operational teams across the business to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboarding and training new employees.
• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with all third parties.
