Position: Reservations Sales Agent

Salary: Competitive basic pay

Benefits: HMO coverage with two (2) free dependents plus ₱1,500 rice allowance

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Role Overview:

The position is responsible for accepting, inputting & monitoring reservations via all incoming channels; with the objective of ensuring all available rooms are sold for allotted rates & therefore ensuring budgeted revenue is achieved within defined timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handles all incoming reservations enquiries in a timely manner, taking particular care to up-sell and maximise revenue opportunities.
