Job Description

 We are currently recruiting a Reservations Supervisor to join the team of this busy contemporary four star hotel in North Co Dublin. Reporting to the Revenue Manager and working in close conjunction with the Front Office and Sales departments, this role is responsible for maximising revenue through effective reservations management, driving occupancy, average rate and market share performance.
 Key responsibilities include:
 Handle all individual direct Reservations and small groups
 Respond to all enquiries, ensuring timely submission of quotations to clients and systematic follow up of all enquiries/quotations
 Manage all bookings from provisional booking stage through to final bill payment and acknowledgement
 Ensure all emails are handled and managed efficiently
 Encourage and develop relationships with new and existing clients, working closely with the sales department to drive business for all departments of the hotel
