Residence Hall Resource Manager

Position Summary

Reporting to the Residence Hall Director (RHD), manage the operations of the Residence Hall Resource Center, serve as a member of the building leadership team in managing the day-to-day business affairs and planning of the assigned residential hall. , and serve as an on-site emergency response/crisis intervention agent in the absence of the Residence Hall Director or the Residence Hall Assistant Director.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Associate's degree

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience:
2 years of office experience or equivalent combination.. Experience providing a high level of customer service.

Preferred Experience:
1 year of office experience with a Bachelor’s degree

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
