We are recruiting a proactive Residence Manager on behalf of a client to oversee the day-to-day operations of a student accommodation property. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance property management, student engagement, facilities oversight, compliance, and operational excellence while ensuring a positive residential experience for students.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the residence, ensuring facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment are maintained to the highest standard.

  • Lead intake and vacate processes, including room inspections, key management, student allocations, and maintenance coordination.

  • Oversee maintenance activities, service providers, contractors, refurbishments, repairs, audits, and compliance requirements.
