Overview: As the Resident Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of assigned residential communities within the university. This role includes supervising residence staff, supporting student development, ensuring safety and security, managing administrative tasks, and upholding university policies and values. The Resident Manager plays a critical role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant living-learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Room Management & Maintenance
Ensure all student rooms are clean, safe, and fully functional.
Regular inspection of furniture, lighting, electrical outlets, fans, and other in-room facilities.
Report and follow up on any maintenance or technical issues promptly.
Keep updated records of room availability and occupancy status.
Identify and isolate rooms unfit for occupancy due to technical or safety issues.
