Residences Concierge (Arabic/Russian Language Required) - Six Senses The Palm Dubai

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As Residences Concierge, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

+ Interact with the residents and hosts professionally, courteously, and positively and proactively seek feedback.
+ Responsible for exceptional residents’ experiences from pre-move-in, move-in, and move-out.
+ Conduct pre-arrival calls to arriving Residents, make pre-arrival arrangements, grocery orders, and amenity orders, and handle any other member arrival requests.
+ Welcome and acknowledge every Resident with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the resident’s name when possible.
+ Respond to and coordinate Residents’ requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., babysitting, business centre services, dry cleaning, financial services, flowers, interpretation services, mailing, notary, repairs, religious services, reservations, spa services, entertainment/sporting events, shopping, and a...
