Assists the program director and assistant program director in the management of the PMR residency program by ensuring accreditation standards are met, educational activities which support the curriculum are established, departmental policies are enforced, and recruitment strategies are implemented so that a highly successful residency program is maintained. Exercises initiative and independent judgment in communications with faculty and residents, as well as discretion in management and communication of confidential information.
