Resident Actuary

Division/Department: Employee Benefits / Actuarial Reports To: Director Employee Benefits Role Purpose Provide actuarial consultancy services in close liaison with the Pensions Division to support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, product development, and sustainable growth of the employee benefits portfolio. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the actuarial department strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and risk appetite. Partner with senior management to provide actuarial insights that inform business strategy and decision-making.
