RhynoCare is seeking a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to work in Long Term Care facilities in Windsor, ON. You will be hired and onboarded with RhynoCare as an Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities 

• Observe the patient(s) assigned so as to support a safe and caring environment for the patient(s). 
• Ensure the safety of residents directly relating to violent outbursts of assigned resident, escalating to healthcare staff when necessary
