We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio.  A live-in Resident Caretaker or Couple is required to manage a high-rise in the heart of the West End.  The Resident Caretaker will be responsible for all administrative and maintenance duties including:   Perform all administrative duties involved in the operation of the building  Show suites for rent, check credentials for prospective tenants and communicate with Property Manager to confirm successful candidates Collect, deposit and record of all rents  Maintain accurate files...
