Resident Engineer

Job Purpose
The Resident Engineer is responsible for the overall electrical works at the plant. This includes Vendor management and supporting Production to resolve any electrical issues.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance Activities such as scheduled preventive maintenance checklist, planning and unplanned line stop schedules for all the process equipment and associated utilities in plant.
Document and execute all problem records.
Request and propose alternative solution on Repair and Maintenance, spare parts and 3rd party maintenance needed requisition by engineers to smoothen maintenance activities.
To propose on yearly departmental budget for repair and maintenance, spare parts and 3rd party maintenance requisition.
