Resident Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the supervision of the mall's equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall.
• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
• Supports tenant's utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
