Resident Engineer-Dams

Bachelor's in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering
Master's in Geotechnical or Hydraulic Engineering
Minimum 15 years' experience in dam engineering and grouting.
Previous experience as Resident Engineer or similar on large dam/hydropower projects.
Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ICOLD, FIDIC).
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Verify that completed work complies with project requirements, including materials, workmanship, and safety.
Supervise grouting operations, including contact, consolidation, and curtain grouting, and ensure adherence to grout mix designs and QC testing.
Managing daily construction activities, including embankment construction, excavation, and grouting works.
