Tulipamwe Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd is looking for an experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to join our team on road infrastructure projects.
Role Summary
As Resident Engineer, you'll lead on-site supervision and contract administration to ensure roadworks are delivered safely, to specification, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Resident engineering services for road construction and rehabilitation
Construction supervision, quality assurance, and HSE compliance monitoring
Contract administration, site instructions, and reporting
Measurement and verification, interim payment certificates, variations and claims support
Review/approval of method statements, materials, testing, and workmanship
Chair/attend site meetings, compile minutes, track programme and progress
Manage site supervision staff and coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and stakeholders
