8 hours per day based on customer working hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Job Summary
Ssquad Sdn Bhd is hiring a Resident Engineer (L1/L2 Infra Support) to be deployed onsite at Client in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure support operations within a Data Center environment and strong exposure to system health monitoring and firmware management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on HPE product system health at the customer's Data Center.
- Perform daily monitoring and health checks of hardware system logs and DC activities.
