Resident Engineer (SM City Mindpro)

Job Description

Apart from overseeing and monitoring construction employees, Resident Engineer will also handle daily logs, project documents and materials calculations, which are essential to the success of current and future projects. The position will also be responsible in ensuring that the right materials are purchased and used in every construction project and ensuring compliance to safety regulations is given in this job.

This will include but not limited to the following:

Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;

Support tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies

Requirement

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
