Resident Engineer

About the Role

The position requires an experienced resource who can perform the role of the Employer's Agent (and Employer's Agent Representative) (in line with General Condition of Contract (GCC form of Contract), and Civil Engineer.

• Responsible for the management of all the Employer's Agent Representative construction supervision activities at the site. 
• Liaise as appropriate with the Design Engineers / Managers regarding the production of construction drawings and the design requirements. 
• Responsible for overall quality assurance to ensure that all work on the Project is done to specification. 
• Responsible for resolving disputes with the Contractor, compiling payment certificates and ensuring that progress follows the works programmes.
