Resident Engineer – Trellix Data Loss Prevention

Job Purpose

To serve as the dedicated onsite support for Government Agency, managing, administering, and supporting the solution implemented and to be implemented on the Client , including and not limited to Trellix and Skyhigh solutions. 

The Resident Engineer (RE) will ensure solutions such as Data Loss Prevention, handle on-going system support, coordinate issues resolution, reporting, coordination issue resolution, change request, and policy enforcement in collaboration with Client and CSP teams.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Management

• Deploy, configure, manage, and upgrade Trellix and Skyhigh components
• Assign, edit, and implement policies aligned with agency security and compliance requirements.
• Ensure agent health, policy enforcement, and compatibility with components implemented.
• Manage and report DLP incidents, alerts, and workflows, including investigation and remediation support.
