Role- Resident Engineer-Workspace

Responsibility & Accountability

The Resident Engineer shall be responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

1. Provide onsite and remote Level 3 technical support for Omnissa Workspace ONE during day-to-day operations and project implementation activities (if any).
2. Manage and support Workspace ONE components including UEM, Access, and related integrations within TNB's environment.
3. Perform proactive system monitoring, periodic health checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure system stability.
4. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to device enrollment, application deployment, access authentication, and compliance policies.
5. Coordinate with Omnissa principal or authorized support to expedite resolution of complex or critical issues.
