  Responsibilities 
 Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion
 Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
 Supervise and mentor junior engineers
 Review and approve engineering designs and plans
 Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues that may arise
 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
