Resident Field Service Technician, Heavy Equipment

The Heavy Equipment Technician will specialize in construction, forestry, and material handling equipment. The position is responsible for the safe and efficient repair and maintenance of heavy equipment on-site and at customer locations. This includes diagnosing electro‑mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The technician works closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various climates and environments.
