Soori Penang seeks a polished, service-driven Resident Host to join our team at an ultra-luxury heritage property in George Town. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our guest experience—curating itineraries, facilitating smooth arrivals and departures, and ensuring every moment unfolds with calm precision and a sense of place.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, anticipatory service throughout the guest journey.
• Curate and oversee bespoke itineraries across dining, culture, and transport.
• Build strong local networks with artisans, galleries, and cultural partners.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with discretion, tact, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Culinary, and Front Office for seamless operations.
• Manage guest feedback and drive continuous enhancement of guest experience.
