Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a polished, well-presented, and composed demeanour at all times as a front-facing representative of the Property.

• Welcoming and hosting guests, ensuring a smooth and discreet check-in and check-out experience.

• Serving as each guest's personal host, assisting with transport arrangements and accompanying them for scheduled visits or cultural activities.

• Anticipating guest needs and attending to enquiries, requests, and issues with professionalism, precision, and discretion.

• Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Culinary, and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the guest's stay.

• Upholding the highest standards of guest privacy, confidentiality, and personalised service in line with the Soori brand philosophy.
