Description


We are partnering with the owner of a well-maintained 52-unit apartment community in Fullerton that is seeking an experienced live-on-site Resident Manager. The property has been extensively updated and offers amenities including a fitness center, recreation room, study lounge, BBQ facilities, and two swimming pools. The manager is supported by maintenance staff, established vendors, and a professional management company with over 40 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
• Managing apartment communities of 20-60 units

• Leasing and marketing vacant units

• Resident screening, including credit and background reviews

• Rent collections and delinquency management

• Resident relations and customer service

• Property inspections and maintaining community appearance
