Resident Manager (Various Openings)

Braden Equities Inc. is looking for an energetic individual or couples to join our team. We are looking for Resident Managers for the following areas:

• Edmonton and surrounding area
• Edson
• Spruce Grove
• Fort Saskatchewan
• Leduc

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, and some properties do require you to live on site.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Rent collection
2. Suites rentals
3. Cleaning/preparing suites for new incoming tenants
4. Cleaning of property
5. Minor maintenance
6. All related paperwork
