The Resident Mine Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and oversight of all mining (Nikel-Laterite) activities at the site. This includes ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable extraction of resources in compliance with legal, environmental, and company standards. The role serves as the highest-ranking authority at the mine site and acts as the principal representative of the company in the local area.

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• Valid professional license or mining engineer accreditation.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations in a remote or challenging environment.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental practices.
