They’re one of the largest developers of rental housing in Canada, with properties in the Greater Toronto Area, Metropolitan Vancouver, and Victoria, British Columbia.

Your new role

You will actively seek out prospective tenants. You will guide potential renters on tours of available units, showcasing the property’s features. You will perform background checks, credit assessments, and other evaluations to determine if prospective renters meet the qualifications. You will prepare leasing documents for potential renters, ensuringpliance with property standards and regulations. Maintain a rapport with current tenants, providing personalized service and addressing their needs.
