About the Role:

We are seeking a Resident Support Specialist/CSR to join our client's expanding team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service preferably within the property management industry. This role provides the opportunity to engage with tenants and property owners, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to the overall success of a dynamic and growing team, all while working remotely.

• Answer incoming calls and assist homeowners with portal access, submitting work orders, or directing them to the appropriate manager
