Job Description

Our iFM Site Supervisory team is seeking an Architectural Resident Technical Officer for our client based in the North and East sides of Singapore.

Responsibilities include:
Support and undertake all or part of the duties and responsibilities of the SRE / RE / RA as specified.
Monitor contractors’ schedules, day works, site progress, etc.
Verify progress payment claims, all other claims and reports submitted by the contractors;
Check shop and construction drawings, samples, etc. submitted by contractors and their sub-contractors / suppliers / vendors and to report any discrepancies between these and the project drawings and specifications;
Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner;
