Job scope:

• Oversee on-site architectural activities to ensure works carried out align with the intended design, approved specifications, and mandatory regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with C&S and M&E teams to ensure architectural elements are properly coordinated; flag any inconsistencies or technical issues to the Resident Architect or Superintending Officer without delay.
• Manage the submission workflow for architectural-related materials, finishes, and samples, ensuring they are prepared and endorsed within the required timeline.
• Review actual site conditions and identify gaps or conflicts between construction drawings and the physical environment prior to starting any work.
