Resident Technical Officer

Responsibilities:
• Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical & Electrical works
• Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and
applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.
• To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
• Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site.
• Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain and update site records on project progress.
• Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site.
• Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 8 years' (RTO) experience in the supervision of M&E installation for local
Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments
