Job Responsibilities:  Supervise all architectural works to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and relevant codes. 
Coordinate and integrate architectural works with civil, structural, and M&E works; escalate discrepancies to the Superintending Officer or Resident Architect. 
Review and ensure timely submission of architectural materials, samples, and finishes for approval. 
Monitor site conditions and highlight discrepancies between drawings and actual site situations before commencement of work.
