Roles & Responsibilities To take and carry out instructions from the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or Senior/Resident Engineer (SRE/RE) and represent the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE on site according   to the requirements and needs of the Project. 
To supervise and ensure the instructions from the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE are carried out on site. However, he shall not issue instructions involving cost or time implication to the contractors. 
To supervise the execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance to the Contract Specifications, Drawings, all other contract documents, site instruction, relevant Building Control Acts and Regulations and requirements or regulations imposed by the relevant Authorities.
