Job Summary We are hiring a Resident Technical Officer with experience in water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects for the Choa Chu Kang Waterworks PUB Project. This role requires holding an RTO certificate from IES and involves overseeing project execution on site near NTU, with transport provided by Pioneer MRT.
