Resident Wellbeing & Spiritual Support Practitioner - Nudgee

Are you called to walk alongside older people in the later stages of life? Mercy Community is seeking a compassionate and grounded Pastoral Care Practitioners to provide spiritual and emotional support to residents across our residential aged care homes.

This is not a “tick the box” role. It is a visible, relational position that supports residents, families and staff during times of vulnerability, grief, transition and reflection.

About the Role

• You will provide person-centred pastoral and spiritual care to residents of all faiths, beliefs and cultural backgrounds. You will support residents through life transitions, declining health and end of life.
• You will work closely with the Facility Manager, Clinical Care team and Lifestyle team to ensure holistic care is embedded into daily practice.
