Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Residential Architect role based in Kochi. The Residential Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs and overseeing the development of residential projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include preparing technical drawings, integrating innovative architectural solutions, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring quality control throughout the design and construction process. The role requires active collaboration with clients and teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Modern, Minimalist designs tailored for the 2026 Kochi market.
Expertise in 3 D Walkthroughs (Lumion/Enscape) for social media presentations.
Knowledge of the latest Self-Certified Building Permit rules.
