AUT is now recruiting our 2026 team of Residential Assistants (RAs) for Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation in the City. We are a fun and dynamic team, passionate in supporting our resident's safety and wellbeing as they transition smoothly into shared living, getting to know each other and making life-long friends. This is a fantastic opportunity to live where you work and to get the most out of your AUT student experience by helping and supporting others. 

Typically, the role is 12 hours per week and covers front of house activities, leadership for resident groups, and the organisation and delivery of fun and exciting events for our residents (Days of work in agreement with the manager).
