Job Description

1. Building Maintenance & Repair
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of office facilities (e.g., lighting, air conditioning, electrical systems, furniture).
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Repair or replace defective components, fixtures, or equipment.
2. Facility Operations
Monitor and ensure the functionality of building utilities (electricity, water supply, HVAC systems).
Support the setup of office layouts, partitions, and furniture arrangements.
Assist in managing office renovation, improvement, or relocation projects.
3. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct safety checks on fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and other safety equipment.
