Provide essential support in addiction recovery as a Registered Care Aide. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assist clients in daily living while fostering a safe environment.
This full-time role involves working directly with clients undergoing medically supervised withdrawal management. You will assist with personal care, record vital statistics, and contribute to individualized care plans. Working alongside a Registered Nurse, you’ll ensure a comfortable atmosphere conducive to healing and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients and families
• Aid clients in daily living tasks and mobility
• Document health observations and vital signs
• Respond to client needs and emergencies efficiently
• Participate in the development of care plans
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Required possession of a Resident Care Certificate
