The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Care Manager (RCM) to lead our team at our Cundletown Residential Aged Care Facility - Bishop Tyrell Place. This pivotal role provides leadership, direction, and coordination across all aspects of clinical care, staff management, and operational excellence in alignment with Newcastle Anglican’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

As RCM, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, deliver exceptional consumer care, and drive continuous improvement initiativesall while managing resources effectively within budgetary parameters.

This is a full-time position based in Cundletown, NSW, a vibrant regional hub known for its stunning riverfront, relaxed lifestyle, and proximity to beautiful beaches and national parks.
