Residential Child and Youth Worker - Full-Time & Part-Time

At IDM Youth Services (IDMYS) we believe that all people have the right to live in a safe, stable, supportive environment. IDMYS provides all-inclusive care in a residential setting to one of the most vulnerable populations, at-risk children and youth. All-inclusive care is everything from cooking, cleaning, driving to and from appointments, administering medications, offering emotional and behavioral support, going on fun outings, and more! Our team at IDMYS is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support in everything we do for the people we serve.

We are currently looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Child and Youth Workers to join our amazing team! Preference for applicants who are able to work weekends.

Candidates must be local to Vancouver Island to be considered.
