Job Description
Direct and supervise civil work on multi-family constructions. Use your knowledge of construction methods and communication skills to ensure timely project completion and quality assurance.
As the Residential Civil Foreman, you'll play a critical role in site coordination and overseeing civil crews. Your expertise will guide inspections, grading checks, and measurement to ensure each project adheres to schedules and specifications. This position requires a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee civil works and contractor coordination
• Conduct inspections and check grades/elevations
• Ensure compliance with project plans
• Maintain up-to-date as-built plans
• Follow up on work deficiencies for corrections
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 2 years in civil construction roles
