Residential Community Manager (On-Site) - Pickering

Purpose

Responsible for effectively managing a residential property while providing the highest level of customer service to residents and owners. Operate within our standards of safety, quality customer service, and efficient operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Management of Staff:

  • Supervise and manage operational staff working on and around the property.
  • Ensure effective performance management of staff.

Customer Service Relations:

  • Maintain top-tier customer service for residents and owners.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and relevant parties, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Manage resident functions to foster respect and goodwill.
  • Focus on resident retention.
  • Handle resident and owner complaints promptly and appropriately.
