About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Residential Construction Estimator & Contract Administrator to support an Australian custom home builder specialising in bespoke single-dwelling projects.
This is a combined role requiring hands-on experience in both estimating and contract / pre-construction administration within a residential construction environment.
You will work directly with the Construction Manager and play a key role in pricing, procurement support, documentation management, and project setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings
- Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
